Aroma: a harmonious fusion of vegetal and sweet notes with the fresh, grassy fragrance of Gyokuro and the subtle sweetness and deeper umami notes of matcha. Hints of seaweed and a slight floral undertone add complexity to the scent.
Flavour: intricate and well-balanced, with a rich umami from the Gyokuro, reminiscent of seaweed and spinach, which is enhanced by the creamy, sweet undertones of matcha. Notes of sweet peas, fresh grass, and a slight nuttiness that add depth and complexity.
