01. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we only accept orders from the UK, so shipping is within the UK only. Please feel free to reach out to us if you would like to order internationally, and we’ll see what we can do.
02. What is the minimum order for free shipping?

Orders over £50 benefit from free shipping, even after coupon codes are applied.
03. Can I order more than a 100g pouch?

Yes, you can order any quantity up to 1kg as a regular customer. For larger quantities, please enquire about our wholesale and hospitality for more information. Please contact us to find out more.
04. Can I return a product after opening?

Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of any product once it has been opened. If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please let us know within 14 days of receipt.
05. Are your teas gluten free?

Yes, plain teas are usually gluten free, and our teas are no exception. Herbal teas, on the other hand, may contain additional ingredients which is how gluten can get into the mix. However, we do not sell herbal teas!
06. How do I cancel a subscription?

Cancelling a subscription is super easy! Simply login to your account, go to ‘Subscriptions’, choose the subscription you would like to cancel, and click ‘Cancel’. If you change your mind, you can always reactivate the subscription, or start a new one. You’re in control.
